Industry Uses
HPAA is an organic phosphine scale and corrosion inhibitor with low phosphorus content. Its molecule contains phosphonic acid group, carboxylic acid group and hydroxyl group. It has excellent performance in scale and corrosion inhibition, especially in soft water and high hardness water. HPAA has the characteristics of low phosphorus, good thermal stability, low toxicity, etc. It can achieve good compatibility and synergy with some common water stabilizers. It can achieve better corrosion inhibition when used with zinc salt.
HPAA is mainly used as a cathodic corrosion inhibitor for metals. It is widely used as a corrosion and scale inhibitor for recirculating cooling water systems in steel, petrochemical, power, and pharmaceutical industries.

Usage
HPAA can be combined with common organic phosphine, polymer and other monomers to form scale and corrosion inhibitors. In combination with zinc salt, the performance of corrosion inhibition will be better.
