Product Name: Polyamide 612 resin
We are a Polyamide 612 resin manufacture, based in Zibo ,China, specialized in Polyamide Resin and Compounding with Annual Capacity of 20,000MT.The Capacity of Polyamide 612 resin is around 4,000MTS per year. In terms of platform construction ,we have established strategic cooperation with the Institute of Chemistry ,Chinese Academy of Science, the institute of Systems Engineering of the Academy of Military Science ,Tsinghua University and other colleges and research institutes.
Polyamide 612 resin has similar density but better transparency, better chemical resistance, lower water absorption, higher dimension stability, and higher impact resistance comparing with PA610.

Typical Processing Conditions
Drying Temperature: 80-100 ℃
Drying Time: 4-8 h
Injection Temperature: 230-270 ℃
Extrusion Temperature: 220-260 ℃

Applications
Polyamide 612 resin as its good resistance to hydrolysis, it is widely used in coolant system of EV, petrol lines and air breaking lines of automobiles. It can also be used as tooth brush, monofilament, cable coating the base material of compounding.
PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Our Polyamide 610 resin is packed in aluminum-plastic bags. Its net weight is 25kgs per bag (1000kgs per pallet), 600kgs per bag or 750kgs per bag. The packing can be changed by client’s requirements. It can be transported by truck, train and ship, etc., but must avoid sunlight, rain-drenched, damp, hook, alkali or oxidant. The 2-years period storage should be in ventilating, cool and dry area. This product is a non-dangerous chemical.
